I’m not sure if they photoshopped this ad to look like this or if they took an actual photograph, which is definitely possible. I really think this ad is successful because it gives off a feeling that the ketchup is completely natural from fresh tomatoes and makes you want to buy it.
This seems to have been done on photoshop. The Frog is manipulated in order to blend it into the orange peel to make it look like they are one.
It’s interesting to look at this ad and see that they still use the same font for their name, the symbol has changed, but the type has stayed the same. Also how they use pearls in replace of the logo to represent status of the car.
I created this key in Illustrator copying from a picture of a key. I used the pin tool to create each shape and put different gradients on each. Then I put a drop shadow behind it.
This is a design done by ILYA Denisenko in 2010. I think it is very visually appealing because it includes both this figure and illustrated type onto the same plane as if they belonged together already.
This is an ad for WWF that i think is very effective. The caption at the top says “fashion claims more victims than you think.” It looks like the tags of “s” and “xl” were photoshopped on. I think this ad makes you stop to look at it and makes you curious to see what it is about, and then also have a very impacting meaning.
